These past 3 months have been difficult with Troy and staying healthy. In December he had surgery on his ankle. He broke it 5 years ago and it never did heal right. We knew he would need this done. Since we had Shiann last year, we figured that it would be the best time for insurance sake to have a surgery. He is feeling lots better now. Then in January, Troy had a severe reaction to something and I had to rush him into the ER. That sure is scary with 2 little kids and a husband who is struggling to breathe. He had surgery the next day and has been feeling better. He had a laceration in his throat from a Nyquil pill getting stuck. We just found out the other day that he is allergic to eggs. He must have had a reaction and then when he took the pill, his throat was dialated and he couldn't get the pill down. It was lodged for hours causing pain, swelling and shortness of breath. We are glad that he now has the chance to feel better since we know what is happening. Good thing for insurance though. :)
We decided to name our blog with what means the most to us. TNT'S stands for Troy, Nicki, Tegan & Shiann. Sledders forever is for the love of snowmobiling that we have as a family. Our moto: "Ride it like you stole it!"
